QuickSilver Studios ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game Tilt Maze (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App. By using Tilt Maze, you agree to the practices described here.
We have designed Tilt Maze to collect as little information as possible. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect personal information that identifies you.
We do not collect, store, or transmit your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other directly identifying personal information. The App has no login or registration.
Tilt Maze uses your device's motion sensors (accelerometer) to detect tilt, which is the core control of the game. This sensor data is processed on your device in real time solely to move the ball in the game. It is not recorded, stored, or transmitted off your device.
The App saves game data locally on your device, such as your level progress, unlocked levels, star ratings, remaining "Solve" tokens, and your settings (for example, sound and vibration preferences). This information stays on your device, is used only to run the game, and is not sent to us. Uninstalling the App removes this local data.
Tilt Maze displays advertising provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and use certain information automatically, which may include:
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and its advertising policies. We do not control this collection, and we do not receive this information in a form that identifies you personally.

The App offers optional "rewarded" ads that you may choose to watch to earn in-game "Solve" tokens. Watching these ads is entirely voluntary. If you watch a rewarded ad, the advertising data described in Section 4 applies.
Tilt Maze is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App shows advertising, we recommend it for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Because the App does not collect or store your personal information on our servers, there is no personal account data for us to secure. Locally stored game data remains on your device under the protection of your device's own security.
